Mike leads a collaborative team of designers, architects, engineers, artists, builders and makers.                                        

With direct links to the William Morris Arts and Crafts movement, Mike first trained as a Master Builder then trained as a Classical Architect.

Having travelled the world to work with artisan designers, and with a particular specialism in designing low impact, sustainable pavilions, Mike brings invaluable expertise to each and every project.

Our Approach

Every commission is a close collaboration between us and you - a thoughtful and very personal service that gives you architecture with a sense of delight and place.

Our unique expertise means we can deliver an entire project, from design and build, through to carefully curating interior furnishings. With specialist expertise in building pavilions for use by water, we are often invited to collaborate with innovative architects and developers.

Each pavilion is built by hand in our rural Hertfordshire workshop and delivered to your site with minimum fuss.

We also believe in sitting lightly on our environment. Your highly sustainable pavilion is crafted from materials with provenance using ethical work practices.

Projects range in price from £15,000 to £2,000,000 and can be in use in 4 months.
