Beautiful Floating Home and Hotel Suite
Autumn at London’s St Katharine Docks
Used as pied-a-terre for directors and visiting guests, we crafted a floating home that generated twice the rental value of the land rate at St Katharine Docks per annum.
The floating home was brought by Clarksons, the International Shipping Company, to provide a more thoughtful and memorable alternative to a stay in a London Hotel for their visiting guests.
From building better relationships with visitors, to maximising their location and space in the centre of London, these bespoke floating pavilions exceeded the expectations and ambitions of the client.
The increase savings over the use of hotels led Clarksons, the new owner, to commission a second floating home.
